Why did Laravel Valet switch to nginx?
I thought Caddy was all the rage? What was the reasoning behind the switch?

Weird, but it seems that it was a regression since the problem didn't exist in previous versions. Seems a bit strange to switch to nginx over a bug just a few weeks after being discovered.

Actually had the same issue they are describing, dumped valet for homestead until recently. Got a new Mac and haven't installed homestead yet. Valet works fine right now for what I'm doing ATM.

@eberkund its not so strange in my opinion to switch to something less buggy if you have a good product and people are waiting, this is true in real world too, nobody gives cares about what you're suing underneath as long ad its working 'properly' so can't blame them
