@jeffreyWay, maybe adding a back button at the bottom is also and idea, so frustrating to have to scroll all the way up just to go back. The browser back button is not a solution when there is pagination like on this thread ^^.
+1 @rem
maybe instead of adding a back button at the bottom, a page up button would be an idea. Therefore you can instantly go up to the navigation section and from there you could go back.
I'll add a "go to top" button soon.
Also, reply permalinks have been added. Just click on the "x days ago" link, next to the username of the replier.
@JeffreyWay just asking, the forum was built in the same codebase for laracast ?Or this forum is another application? #imnewbie #formyknowledge
@JeffreyWay The forum is getting better rapidly. How about making a thread where you announce new forum features?
@humakaka - It's part of the same codebase, however, I've separated it from the main Laracasts app -- just in case I want to extract this to a package for folks.
@JeffreyWay cool ... Do you have any tutorial regarding this? :)
return 'wow!';
Hope the forum tutorial series will be started soon. Great work!
Nice forum @JeffreyWay and integration with the site. I hope the forum tutorial series started very soon!
@jeffreyway the changes to the design are beautiful! If you do extract this as a package, I will aim to prioritize contributing.
I like the new system. esotalk was good but this is great and looks very simple ::::::
