Laravel 11.x New Project Big File Size (2.9GB)

Hello Guys, After long story finally trying back to Laravel again, just fresh install new Project but it has big file size almost 3GB. Anyone facing it to ?

Devices Specs.

Windows 11
Laravel Installer (v.5.8.5)
Composer (v.2.8.1)
PHP Version (8.2.4)

@bal4x Surely it shouldn't be!

For me, a fresh Laravel 11 project is ~90 MB.

Some have noted that not having the php zip extension installed causes this issue.

Install php-zip then clear composer cache and composer install.

Finally after add php_zip.dll on Extension, my Laravel Project goes to 64MB. Thank you so much @tisuchi @snapey .
