You don't "install SEO" you implement it yourself in your blade files. Laravel is a framework where, maybe you are used to Wordpress, is a CMS.

Laravel has absolutely nothing to do with SEO? Do you really know what a PHP Framework like laravel is?

Really Lol thats very nice if i don't need to do any thing for SEO and i know laravel framework not everything still need to learn so much for this

You have to implement all the SEO features by yourself. You will not get anything out of the box here. It is a framework not a ready CMS.

Seo is a science. It is about how search engines can find you. With that said your content is what the search engines look for.

How to? Properly coded HTML to start is priority one. Utilizing HTML 5 and header, main, section, aside, article, and footer instead of div is priority two. Third is content, the actual text people read. Use keywords often and repeatedly. Fourth set up proper meta tags in your headers. Arguably meta tag keywords need to match keywords in your site, don't use hidden fields for trying to cheat as the search spiders know and will skip it.

Last but not least go register your site with all the engines. They all have some way to tell them to look at your url.

Depending on the content and traffic of your site it could take a month to six months to start climbing up in ranking. Using tools like google analytics helps ensure your site is set up correctly and data to see where it isn't.

As people repeatedly stated, you have to implement it your self, many 1000000 of people implementation of seo is their job and is all they do. Cms' help but aren't fully seo friendly right out of the box either.

For the love of Pete google it. Watch YouTube etc. you don't understand seo, that's fine but it can't be taught via discussion board replies. I linked above a general overview, I see you didn't read it.

I'll help for $50 USA an hour :) ain't going to spend days teaching you cause you can't figure out how.
