If done through AWS I don't see a problem with:
we have to rely on community-maintained solutions that may not keep pace with Laravel's evolution.
It might even be vice versa.

Why aren't RabbitMQ/Kafka included in Laravel's queue drivers list? (Official)
I'm aware that there are third-party packages we can use to integrate RabbitMQ and Kafka with Laravel. But without official Laravel support, we have to rely on community-maintained solutions that may not keep pace with Laravel's evolution.
