This site can't be reached

sometimes when going to a route I get "this site can't be reached. But after a few millisecond the site loads...Why is this? It is in localhost..also sometimes happen on live in third party sites

it usually would happen (at a guess and seeing something similar on my sites) when your server cant cope with the traffic..

now i know localhost there is no traffic but i have seen it happen sometimes esp when loading lots of assets/db queries etc
