So random question... What is Taylor Otwell using to show his bandwidth metrics in his Mac OS menu bar?

I've been wanting something to do exactly the same thing and only think I know to do is ask? 😃

I assume it is there in most of his videos, but certainly is there in the following one. (You can see it at any point in the video, and it is a free to view video.)
