Please make the player remember my quality settings...

I have to switch to 540p EVERY SINGLE VIDEO on both mobile and desktop because I have limited bandwidth (360p is hard to read).

This happens both on Android 7.0/Chrome (latest) and Fedora 29 x86_64/Chrome (latest), so I doubt it's a browser issue.

I think that the player is provided by Vimeo, so i do not know if @JeffreyWay can do anything to control the quality
