I would like to ask if any can suggest a good and tested package that can help to improve Laravel website speed

The best tools so far is the laravel debugbar or clockwork, they both will help you find your bottlenecks, and as @jlrdw said proper indexing, and that is the trickiest part, but debugbar or clockwork will help you with that, at least to find the queries that takes time.
