Genering pdf from Words document

Hello, i need a tools in any language that can generate pdf from Words template.

The purpose here is that for exemple, if an client want to customize a invoice or something like that, he can do it in a Words and when he want to generate his tempalte in a pdf to send to his client, the modification in the Words is safe (font, color, etc..)

He can customize too a table and choose wich column is in there

If you have other solution for me than a Words, dont hesitate.
