Email notifications on followed threads don't come

Hi, emails used to come on replies in followed threads, but stopped.

Last email I got was 28 August, on this thread: https://laracasts.com/discuss/channels/laravel/cloning-existing-github-repository-yields-invalid-americanew-locale-error

As an example, I'm following this thread, but no emails come on new replies: https://laracasts.com/discuss/channels/laravel/is-there-a-way-to-add-jobs-to-a-batch-one-by-one-or-in-chunks
