Sending emails working locally but not in production

I am using godaddy vps hosting and have an email from them. when I use email credentials in .env file locally emails are sent successfuly, but in production and with the same credentials an error accurs ( 500 command unrecognized ). I cleared and cached config files and nothing worked.
