CORS Missing Allow Origin

I created a simple Vuejs Application and used Axios to send request to an API but it gives me this error: CORS Missing Allow Origin. I provided a screenshot. I searched everywhere but couldn't find a solution for it. I created same thing in Laravel and used Laravel HTTP Client and it works fine. I don't get it.

Hey, I run into exactly the same problem when I make client-side requests (see the topic here). Everything is OK if I use Guzzle. I have the impression that it comes from the HandleCors middleware but I can't quite figure out why.
