Installing Spark

I'm completely struggling to install Spark. I'm trying to install it on Homestead - is there any step-by-step guide for someone who's still learning their way around everything laravel?

Any help would be appreciated, I've been Googling along for 2 days now

You don't install it on Homestead. You install Spark or Laravel in your local directory that is synced to a directory in your Homestead instance. You define that directory in the Homestead.yaml. Just install both the current Laravel and Spark installers globally. Then cd into the project directory and install Spark. That will give you Laravel 5.3, Spark and Cashier. After install, yarn or npm install...and then gulp.
