Why do most series feel outdated.

I come from a TypeScript/React.js/Next.js background and was watching a few series it seems everything feels outdated for PHP 8.2 and Laravel 10.

Some videos are years old and were never updated.

PHP and Laravel have a lot of content. PHP 8.2 was released on December 8, 2022 and Laravel 10 release February 14th, 2023 so, it's very short time ago. However, most of the old code will still work you just need to know what was new in that versions.

I don't want to shit on a tech, but ReactJS doc itself was outdated for too long.
