You don't have a backup on USB of your data or whole drive? Do you have a Github repo?

Where do the files in WSL get saved in my harddrive?
My computer died the other day, more specifcally my windows and now I can't do anything with the windows, wont even do into safety mode so I can get my stuff. Anyways the harddrive is ok and I can see the files but I can't find the files that were in my WSL, I do have a version of them on my windows but it's not updated and is pretty old. Where are the files that I was working on when the computer died?
My project folders in wsl were in home/programador/code/project-folders

@jlrdw I didn't end up needing it because the windows was able to be fixed, but I was trying to get to 3 weeks of work I hadn't uploaded to my bitbucket yet.

@eggplantSword glad you got it fixed.
I also suggest either syncback free to backup data or something like macrium reflect or acronis true image to backup your whole drive.
Syncback will mirror data. But just suggestions.
