Vimeo player broken on the Latest Chrome?

I've been watching Laracasts fine all week. But I just updated my google chrome to the latest version (Version 70.0.3538.77 (Official Build) (64-bit)), and I can't watch any videos. In the network tab (dev tools) it says that it can't load player.js, and the console also says the same thing. So, do you think this is a referrer issue, or a chrome bug, or something else.

Anyway, it works fine on firefox, but it would be nice to have this work on Chrome. But I'm not sure if it's an issue with Vimeo, Laracasts, or Chrome.
