Very little space for text when replying from mobile browser

Hi, when I'm replying or editing my reply from mobile browser, the reply text is seen in 2 lines only no matter how big the text is, while all other area is absolutely empty.

I must say it makes rather hard to reply from mobile, is this bug planned for resolution? Thanks!
