Usernames with dashes

@JeffreyWay, I may have found a bug. When making a post in the forums and trying to comment to a user with a dash in the username, the whole username is not highlighted. See here towards the bottom where I try to address user peter-mw: https://laracasts.com/discuss/channels/general-discussion/whats-the-point-of-changing-session-ids-on-login

I am not sure if the proper user was notified or not, but I wanted to let you know in case he wasn't.
