Maybe your country is blocking Vimeo? Or your main network is blocking it? It works just fine for me!

Unable to View any video
I am unable to view any video, it just happened today only. And when I just tried to access vimeo to check what's going on. And for my bad am unable to access vimeo with an error: This site can't be reached. Apart from this everything is working pretty fine for me.
Any solution is welcome. Thanks

I can easily accessing vimeo and laracasts video from mobile using the same network. Its just my ere am getting this issue. Tried opera as well but the problem presists.
