Two Laracasts issues

Hi Jeffrey, hope you can read this.

Thanks for Laracasts - am really enjoying the videos and being in the community at the moment.

A couple of things. One I raised on Twitter yesterday, the other is a weird bug, I think.

1. Buttons over video due to big hover area.

When watching a video there are next and previous video buttons and a Close Episode List button that appears on top of the video when you hover. But the hover area includes the episode list. So to make the buttons disappear you have to move your mouse to to small and specific areas above or below the video area.

1. It looks like, if I view all videos in a series, and then you add a new video to that series, that series does not appear in the "Keep going" section of the course/series list at https://laracasts.com/series?curated

For example, I was all up to date with "Laravel 6 from Scratch", now you've added a new episode. It would be nice if this put the series back her: https://cl.ly/19530e4d934b
