Slow rendering in Chrome

When post or thread is long and I slam my scroll wheel to go to the bottom of the page it shows a portion of the screen white and needs about 1 second to render it. And the strange part is when I scroll fast to the top of the same post/thread the same happens. Just to mention there is no refreshing the page in between those scrolls and it happens only in Chrome/Chrome-based browsers.

Only happening on Laracats.

Anyone else experienced this?
