Should I make authentication into 1 vue application?

I would like to seek for suggestion whether it's logic if I am separate authentication frontend separately from my other vue application?

E.g.

• Authentication Frontend
• Admin Frontend
• User Frontend
• Checkout Frontend
• Backend

Is it look valid if I take out the authentication as microfrontend?
