flagging seems to mostly have no effect. Perhaps there could also be a leaderboard weighting

Report spammer option
@jeffreyway currently we can flag posts as spam which is great, but some spammers leaves alot of spam posts and it's a lot of work to flag every single post.
Could you add an option to report the user as well? Then we can get spam accounts closed faster I would think
