I hit exactly the same problem - another year gone by and new card not on file.
I dropped Jeff a note via the contact box and got a swift reply saying he'd sort it out.
I can only suggest you try the same.

Problem with promo-code
Went to update my subscription and used the promo code.. It showed the $51 invoice but it ended up later failing due to my cc being old. Problem is that my pending invoice says $83 and not the $51 that it should so I'm afraid to update my cc info.
Same problem with me. Today got an email and said my subscription was fail. Cannot use the promo code, that i used :cry:
