Think it is due to a rare inertia bug. It does not properly reset the layout after the ajax request and vue update. I use inertia myself, but haven't been able to recreate it locally
But it is easy to recreate here :)

Post redirects to 500 Space
@jeffreyway On one of my recent questions: https://laracasts.com/discuss/channels/servers/nginx-all-of-a-sudden-shows-an-error
It redirects to "You have ventured into 500 space.
After hitting beam me back, you are unable to scroll. Any idea what is happening?

@jlrdw Not sure, but I'll keep an eye on it. I've fixed that thread 500 error.

@JeffreyWay You can test it still by going to a 404 page, and then click "Beam me home"
