Only notification on thread
Not sure if this is the right place to give feedback to laracasts? If not, can someone direct me?
There's a Follow button on each thread that basically sends you an email every time a thread gets a response. However, sometimes you don't want an email as, in my case, I don't want to spam myself from communications.
It would be great if I can Subscribe to a thread, and get only on-site notifications, for a specific thread, so I can take a look at them once I log back in.
I don't mind getting emails from laracasts from my watchlist for instance, but if a topic gets super cluttered I don't want to receive a lot of emails. Am I making sense here?

You automatically receive on-site notifications for threads you've personally created. But, yeah, if you didn't create the thread, right now, we only support email notifications. That can easily be fixed. Thanks for the suggestion.

@JeffreyWay Something else, and not sure if this is already a thing, and I don't know how to use it.
I've noticed that when I answer to someone in the forum if they don't tag, or reply directly to me, I won't know they added something to the thread. Expanding on the topic of being able to 'subscribe' to a thread to only receive in-site notifications (not email), I think whenever you reply on a thread (wether directly to someone, or just on the thread) you should be automatically subscribed to in-site notifications.
