Menu not displaying properly on mobile (android)

Does anyone else have issues with the mobile version of the menu?

I am using android stock browser on Android 5.1.1 (Galaxy s6). Screenshots below (notice that the site also has a slight horizontal scroll with a grey band appearing by the header).

On another note - is there a forum search function? I went to see if others had the same issue, but couldnt see one.

EDIT: Took me ages to figure out why the "Post Conversation" button was disabled - the enter title section seems too far removed from the post that I didn't even consider looking there to type a title for the post.
