Laravel / Laracast has been one of the best things to happen in my developing career. Although I haven't found a job developing I hope one day soon it will happen.
Jeremy is by far one of the best teachers. Alex from https://codecourse.com is also great if you need any more knowledge I have a subscription for both places.
