Laracasts Timezone issue
I created topic on forum ~35 minutes ago (now 12:26, 20 January, UTC+3, Moscow) :

There have been timezone issues on this site for years, but I would rather Jeffrey spent his time creating new tutorial content than fixing bugs on this forum
