Laracasts suddenly very slow

A couple of times lately, when posting a reply, the site is taking 30 to 45 seconds to post. Normally posting is very quick.

Not every time just maybe 1 in 20 times. Of course Jeffrey may be doing a small update. It last happen around 3:08 pm central standard time.

In fact in happened when posting this question, I slowly counted to 37 before it posted. 3:11 pm
