Is there a way to watch questions I made in episodes?

I think it appears as a bell against your avatar at the top of the page

Yup, click on your avatar, they appear on the Notifications tab (selected by default).

It would be cool if there a was history for that, once you read the notifications they are forever lost.

I comment a lot as I go through the series and I end up not being able to reply back because of this.

Maybe the comment replies could be added in the users feed . Now you only see the comments made by yourself.
