There is currently no way of determining that. Like you said incognito is the only way to check it while keeping your session ;)

How to tell if members only lesson?
Title says it. If I am logged in, is there anyway to know if the lessons is members only?
Yes, I can logout, and visit the page. Yes, I can visit in "incognito mode"
Just wondering if there was a some indication on page. And if not, if there is a reason behind it.
