Looks like I can get the videos to embed on my cellphone if I disconnect from the network, but not on my iPad which is on the network. Could Vimeo have rejected my local network IP for some reason?

Help solving Vimeo XMLHttpRequest error

Is this a problem on my side?
I am getting a ton of errors when trying to access videos right now. They all seem to be XMLHttpRequest errors and are making it so the Vimeo video embeds aren't working. The main message seems to be:
Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'https://vimeo.com/api/oembed.json?url=https%3A%2F%2Fvimeo.com%2F172838541&id=172838541&speed=true&autoplay=true&width=997&height=623&responsive=true&color=00b1b3' from origin 'https://laracasts.com' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.
I can still download, but watching on the site is a much better experience. Any ideas?
