If you are Queueing a Mail message you have to reconfigure your queue. or maybe it is intentional.

Email Notifications
Hey Jeff,
For the past couple of days, I don't seem to be getting email notifications as and when someone replies to one of my threads or mentions me.
Instead, I seem to be getting them in bulk. For example I just got like 7/8 emails at once for a thread that people (yourself included) were recently active on. Rather than receiving them when they're replies are added.
Just wondering if this was intentional or a bug?
