Default “Optional Bio” text visible to all.

I’ve noticed that when visiting various profiles, I see the same text I see in my profile:

“This is your optional bio. Right now, only you can see it. You can edit it by clicking the EDIT button underneath your avatar and it will display here for all to see.”

Guessing I should’t be able to see that on someone else’s bio…
