Add date published to individual episode page

Heya - firstly thanks for adding back the chronological list of episodes on blank search. I still think this should just be a link somewhere in the sidebar but for now this works.

Can you please add back the date the videos were released? It makes it easy to quickly scroll down the page to a target date and be aware of where you are starting from. This is particularly useful after a long period away.

Following on from this request, on the individual videos page, the date is not displayed, but on the series page the date the last episode was released IS displayed. Seems a bit odd to show dates in one place and not the other. preferably, please add the date back to each episode page as well.

update I noticed you display a completed tag on the search page. this is actually good but i still feel the date is valuable information
