A new look on "Autoplay next"

Hi Jeff & thanks for your hard work!

I remember the good old times when the next video in a series would start playing automatically (and I miss that function!)

From reading the feedback posts I am aware people asked for "autoplay" to be both added and removed. I think there are two different aspects to that function and that's what's splitting the opinions:

1. "Autoplay" meaning "start the video automatically on page load", may cause an unwelcome surprise when people open the browser and have forgotten a Laracasts page is open.

2. "Autoplay next video" is great for some people, and not great for others. This could be solved with a user setting.

The difficulty -- I assume -- lies in how to distinguish, upon page load, whether the situation falls under case 1 ( => do not autoplay no matter what the user setting is) or under case 2 ( => autoplay if the user setting says to do so).

If this is indeed what's keeping you from implementing the user setting, I have an idea and would be happy to share. (But maybe I'm wrong and you have a different roadmap - so I'll wait for an answer before going on).
