Valet/Nginx causes other computers on LAN to be unable to access a specific website

I'm getting a weird issue. I have local project and am developing on my computer running on Valet. The project I'm using a remote database.

My colleagues on the same LAN network as me, somehow cannot access a specific website (Hosted on the same IP as the remote database, but with different real.domain.names)...

If i kill the nginx processors on my local computer, they regain access.

What could be happening? I'm a noob with server stuff, and followed the instructions to setup Valet and get it running.
