Vagrant up failing trying to add to hosts

I'm trying to get vagrant working on my work laptop after getting it working on my home desktop. Everything has gone just the same until I tried running vagrant up.

My PC had issues with the SSH key timing out that the laptop has not had. The laptop however is encountering issues with the server restarting after making new SSH keys and trying to add to the hosts file.
