'SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 11 database disk image is malformed'

Please i have this error on live server

Laravel 8 on Forge AWS server

PDOException with message 'SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 11 database disk image is malformed'

this happens on any database operation,

like if i update a model the operation will commit but i get the 500 Error then if i check the details have been saved
