Set user expire "Time" not date

Hello, would like to know if there is a way to set expire date and time and just date only for a user account the following command allows specification for date without the time

useradd -e YYYY-MM-DD username

is there a way to add time parameter or another way to allow user account to login once before expiring like session time control ?
