Set up an email address with GoDaddy / Digital Ocean / SparkPost

Dear Community,

I have a domain with GoDaddy. I have a server on Digital Ocean. I have set up a SparkPost account with my GoDaddy domain, and can use it to email.

But How do I set up an actual email account with my domain name?
