I've never used them - but https://wondernetwork.com/ have a lot of tools for that kind of thing.

We (the company I work for) use these - https://uptimerobot.com/

+1 for uptime robot. But if you use analytics be sure to create an exception for it otherwise it records it as traffic.

I've used Pingdom in the past, and it works fairly well https://www.pingdom.com

Hi, I made a Laravel package the can monitor both uptime and ssl certificates. It can send out notifications to Slack (or any other notification provider you prefer) when something goes wrong.
