Laravel Hosting VPS getting: The page on ... doesn't work

Hello, I recently bought a VPS which i'm running Centos 7 on it and I tried to install Laravel on it. But when I try to access the ip i get a error that it can't find the page at my ip. This are my files: .env:

Does anyone know what i'm doing wrong or do I need to provide more information
