I'm about to create a website that will receive between 200k~2mi users monthly and I'm about to find a VPS for that, the ones I found mostly has 512MB of ram, isn't this going to be bad?
This is literally been answered probably over 100 times can you please search for hosting, production server, upload to server and buzz words like that.

@jlrdw - It still doesn't answer my question.
Well take for example DigitalOcean. You can scale the server to your needs. So when you get more users, you simply update the server. If you only found servers with 512MB ram then you can't look around...
Worry more about con-current users. That's what kills servers and networks :)

Have you talked to some of the tech support folks at some hosting companies for help?
