Laravel friendly devops/sysadmin managed AWS infrastructure services
What are some excellent managed devops and sysadmin services that provide 24/7 support and are Laravel friendly?

We're already using Forge to spin up EC2s. We need a team of humans that can address any issues that happen to those servers 24/7 and the rest of our AWS infrastructure such as RDS, ElastiCache, DNS, etc.
