There are several services that offer these kind of services, https://ottomatik.io is one of them. With all of these services you do need to give these services access to your server to make the backup. If you just need a backup of your database the spatie package works great. I have used the ottomatik tool a while ago but canceled it because they changed their prices and instead of applying the new prices in the new billing cycle they immediately implemented the new prices which was unacceptable for me. But besides that, it did what it had to do, make a backup every hour. But if that is the only thing you need a simple backup script and connection to an external s3 storage is doing the same job for less $
