How to prepare domains/hosting for hosting of laravel app ?

Hello, I want to try namecheap.com service for hosting of laravel app

but I stucked on :

As I just registered for free account I have no any domains/hosting :

Which and how have I to make preparatons for laravel/mysql/appache2/mysql8/php8.x app installation ? Minimal settings...

I tried to search for info, but drowned in the information...
