Depends on the requirements. Is this just notification type email, or transactional? Do people need to be able to opt out? Do you need to track them/opens? Does the system need to handle bounced mail, or will you do that manually? How many/day will be sent, etc?

Any of the email providers that laravel natively interfaces with (Mailgun, Postmark, SparkPost, Amazon SES) are good providers.

For business use, the most reliable Email services still Microsoft and Google.
